Antique Copper Plated Beads - £30 worth for £15!

A long time favourite of ours - and maybe just some of the beads 'lost' in our huge range of products on our website! These Antique Copper Plated beads are proudly made in New York City and are of really high quality. They are produced by a special process - a high melting point acrylic finely detailed shape is literally dipped in molten copper. Once cooled, the copper has an antiquing wax applied. The result is a finely detailed bead that behaves just like metal - except it is low in weight! This makes them perfect for mixing with semi-precious beads in order to reduce the overall weight - or for statement earrings that would be just too heavy to wear if made from solid copper.
